Frequently asked questions

We ship packages with USPS. Packages can take up to two weeks to arrive from the day the order is placed. Larger packages may occasional ship through UPS.

Orders can take up to 7-10 business days from the day it is placed to ship and deliver. You will receive a shipping notification (via email or text) when your order ships with information to track your order. Shipping transit times vary depending upon location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

To return or exchange an item, send your invoice with the package to: The Kappa Collection 108 Madison Street, St. Louis, MO 63102. Please send information about the merchandise to be returned or exchanged and indicate if you are returning the item for a refund or exchanging it for a different color or size. Please fill out the return exchange form that is included in your original package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item. If the item purchased was a gift during the holiday season you have 30 days starting January 1 to make any returns or exchanges.

When the item arrives, your package will also include a return shipping label for returning the incorrect item. You will incur no additional expense on your part for an error made on our part.
